KodNuke built the DinoMino game as a free-to-play, ad-supported application. This SERVICE is provided by KodNuke at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This policy explains how information is handled when players use DinoMino.

1. Information Collection and Use

DinoMino does not require an account, real name, email address, phone number, or physical address. The game can be played without registering. Game progress, settings, language, selected character, and tutorial status are stored locally on the player's device. KodNuke does not operate a server that receives or stores this game-progress data.

The app includes Google AdMob to provide banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. AdMob is a third-party service and may collect data as described below.

2. Advertising, Device Data, and Tracking

Google AdMob serves advertisements in the app. Depending on the ad request, device, region, consent choices, and Google’s services, AdMob may process:

• device identifiers, including the advertising identifier where available;
• advertising data and product-interaction data, such as ad impressions or engagement;
• performance data and crash data used to operate, secure, and improve advertising services.

On iOS and iPadOS, DinoMino requests App Tracking Transparency permission before the advertising SDK is initialized. If permission is granted, the advertising identifier may be used for personalized advertising or advertising measurement. If permission is not granted, DinoMino does not access the advertising identifier for tracking; Google may still provide ads using its applicable privacy and consent settings.

App Store privacy information currently declares Device ID as used for third-party advertising, linked to the user or device, and used for tracking. It also declares product interaction, advertising data, performance data, and crash data as not linked to the user. These disclosures reflect the AdMob integration in the app.

3. Children’s Privacy

DinoMino does not ask players to submit personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us directly, contact us at the address below so that we can review the request.

4. Your Choices

You can reset local game data from within the game or by removing the app. On iOS and iPadOS, you can review or change the tracking permission in your device Settings. Your choice is respected by DinoMino.

5. Security

We do not store player progress on external servers. Communications with Google AdMob use encrypted network connections provided by the platform and service.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
